2027 Rates Have Landed: DRGCalculator.com and DRGPricer.com Announce Full Readiness for FY2027 DRG Grouping and Claim Pricing
FY2027 MS-DRG relative weights are loaded and selectable alongside FY2026. The source is the IPPS final rule CMS-1849-F, displayed 31 July 2026 and published 4 August 2026: 766 MS-DRGs, 41 held at the 10 percent weight cap, 14 new and 18 retired. FY2026 remains the default until 1 October 2026, because grouping follows discharge date rather than fiscal year.
