What we do not do

• No advertising trackers. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on this site.
• No analytics cookies. We do not set cookies to profile or follow visitors.
• No selling of data. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Information you send us

If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter — your email address, and optionally your hospital, the payer you are focused on, your role, and your message. We use them only to reply and to prepare the report you asked for. The form is delivered through Formspree, which processes the submission on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can always email us directly at [email protected] instead.

Please do not send PHI

Do not send protected health information, member-level data, or claim files through the contact form or by email. Our analysis works from publicly disclosed payer files and does not require it. If an engagement ever requires handling sensitive data, that is covered by a separate written agreement.

Technical and security data

Like any website, our hosting and content-delivery providers process standard request data — including IP address, user-agent, and the page requested — to serve pages and protect the service from abuse. This is used for operating and securing the site, not for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: our hosting and CDN provider, and Formspree for contact-form delivery. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can contact us by email rather than the form, and you can ask us to delete anything you have sent us. Write to [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, this page will say so before or when that happens.
