The Site describes our services and publishes written analysis about hospital reimbursement and payer contracting. It is informational. Our analysis works from publicly disclosed payer and provider files. Those files change and can themselves contain errors, and rates and policy change over time. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Do not scrape or systematically extract content, or use the Site in a way that degrades it for others.
• Do not submit protected health information, member-level data, or claim files through the Site.

Intellectual property

Underlying public disclosure files are not claimed by us. The Site's written analysis, methodology descriptions, design, and presentation are the property of PayerParity. You are welcome to link to and cite our material with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayerParity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost revenue or business losses, arising from use of or reliance on the Site.
